Tuition per three week session: $600
Stage Craft Studio’s “Camp Camp," a summer musical theatre intensive, is available in two different three week sessions in July or August. Each day campers will participate in a variety of theatre classes including voice, drama and dance. This super-fun summer intensive will culminate in a spectacular musical theater showcase!

Broadway Goes To...
a Camp Camp classic showcase, workshopped and created by the students. With ample opportunities for solos and group work., this workshop experience is not only great for performers but a terrific exposure for budding play write/directors as well!

PAYMENTS can be made in full or in two 2 installments, the 1st due with your registration and the 2nd due on/before June 1st (July session) or July 1st (August session).
Cash, check, and Paypal accepted. Please note Paypal payments are subject to an additional $25 processing fee.
REFUNDS will be made (less a $100 administrative fee) if requested by June 15th, for the July session and July 15th for the August session. For refund requests made after June 15th (July session) or July 15th (August session), 25% will be retained as an operational cost.
No refunds will be granted AFTER June 30th for (July session) or July 30th (August session) .
Camp courses at Stage Craft Studio include...
Learn how to be positive, take risks, and focus on the people you're working with. With a focus on developing improv skills and creating positive performers this class is a great place to discover the fun and excitement of improv and comedy.
Musical Theatre Dance
Instruction will include basic warm-up, stretches and simple Broadway-style choreography. Campers will learn about the different styles of dance used in musical theatre and the great choreographers who introduced them.
This exploratory acting class investigates character development through the director/actor relationship. Campers will learn how to analyze character and script while rehearsing and performing scenes from classic and contemporary plays as well as scenes from our final showcase.
With an emphasis on developing healthy singing habits this class will focus on breathing technique, vocal placement and diction. As preparation for the final showcase, campers will also learn about harmony and characterization.
THE ART OF STAGECRAFT SUMMER WORKSHOP
For ages 11 and up, only one session available

Tuition for three week session - $200
Do you love the theatre but don’t like to be in front of the curtain? Do you love making stuff? Do you have an artistic flair? Come learn about painting sets, assembling props, creating costumes and working back stage!
Engage in the basics of stagecraft while taking part in a full scale musical production in a full size theatre.
This part time summer workshop is available for ages 11 & up and meets from 3-5pm, three days a week for three weeks, tuition $200. July and August sessions available. All supplies included but please dress in clothes you don’t mind getting messy, no sandals! Instruction takes place in our annex in Fanwood.

SUMMER YOUTH PRODUCTION
Show Dates are July 19th and 20th at 8:00 PM, and July 21st at 3:00 PM!
The new musical, Freaky Friday, based on the beloved 1972 novel by Mary Rodgers and the hit Disney films (and developed by Disney Theatrical Productions expressly for licensing to theatres), features a book by Bridget Carpenter - the co-executive producer and writer on the beloved TV hits, "Friday Night Lights" and "Parenthood" - and music and lyrics by Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey - the Pulitzer Prize-winning composers of Next to Normal and If/Then.
As a learning experience for young artists SCS is offering a summer workshop production which will be run under the Actors’ Equity Association guidelines. Throughout the rehearsal process, this unique opportunity will provide a preparatory experience giving young performers the skill to act like professionals in all their future theatrical endeavors.
